As part of the European Days of Jewish Culture 2026, dedicated to the theme “Love”, Les Amis de la Synagogue de Cavaillon invite the public to a special day exploring Jewish traditions of love, marriage and community.

The programme includes conferences on ketubot (Jewish marriage contracts) and the history of Jewish marriage in Cavaillon, followed in the afternoon by the conference and exhibition “Un amour de coudoules”, dedicated to the Provençal tradition of matzah. The day will conclude with a tasting of different types of matzah and a friendly gathering.
